TESTIMONIALS
Volunteering with CABA Pro Bono has been an absolute pleasure. They refer cases where the client needs real help, so you feel like you are making a difference n someone’s life. They provide advice and training so you feel confident even in a field of law you don’t usually practice in. I have volunteered with a number of nonprofits in Miami, as a lawyer and as a regular volunteer. can say that my experience representing a client through CABA Pro Bono has been among my proudest accomplishments.
Volunteering with CABA Pro Bono is an opportunity for me to help those in need and give back to our community. At the end of the day, when you see the people you help with the challenges and difficulties in their daily lives, but do not give up, it opens your eyes to the realities our current society confronts and has made me proud to be part of this initiative.
I chose to give my time and effort to CABA Pro Bono because I believe in their work. They are a pillar of the community, giving legal aid to people in need regardless of nationality or creed.
The work CABA Pro Bono does is so important and valuable in helping those less fortunate – especially in the climate we’re facing. After a coincidental run-in with a former pro bono client I represented during my first big win for CABA in dependency court, I was prompted to volunteer my services to its mission once more. It just warmed my heart and I felt that I really made a difference in someone’s life.
